"Ready to rock and roll, kiddo?" Liam's voice vibrated with enthusiasm. He picked up his battered guitar, the familiar weight a comfort. He'd poured hours and hours into playing. His daughter, Olivia, had never shown much interest, until recently. Now she was starting to spend all her time playing.

Olivia grabbed her own guitar, a miniature version, and grinned. "Let's do it!" she chirped. He strummed a chord, a big grin plastered on his face. He watched her mimic him, her small hands fumbling with the strings. Music, he thought, was the best thing.
