The email from the school principal sat on the screen, the words almost vibrating. "Mrs. Peterson, your child's third-grade teacher, will..." Sarah read the email, a smile slowly blossoming on her face. "Mrs. Peterson!" she said aloud, her voice filled with delight.

Her own third-grade year had been a truly happy one, filled with Mrs. Peterson’s creative projects and encouraging words. She could almost smell the freshly baked cookies she'd often bring to class.

The rest of the day, she found herself tidying up the house, humming along to her favorite music. She made sure all the school supplies were ready, organizing them with particular care.
