“Honey, dinner's ready!” The aroma of roasted chicken wafted through the air as John glanced at his phone. Another notification. It was from Jessica. The same Jessica who had made his high school experience a living hell. A bubbling feeling started in his stomach.

He leaned against the counter, hands folded. His wife, the house, the car. He had everything. And Jessica? Her profile showed a collection of selfies that did not work in her favor.
