Gemotions

As Chloe stared at the invitation, a warm glow enveloped her. It was a nice feeling. All the old feelings were back. The past was beckoning. She could feel the corners of her mouth turning up slightly.

She began to daydream, her mind painting vivid pictures of the reunion, the faces, the conversations. It seemed a lot of time had passed, but in another way, very little time had.

She went to her closet, ready to go through her clothes, a sudden burst of energy surging through her. She smiled, picturing her old friends and colleagues. She'd enjoy the event.
