The message notification pinged, and Chloe practically leaped off her bed. It was from Leo, her online pen pal from the other side of the world, and he'd just messaged her about a new band. "Have you heard of 'The Static Anchors'? They're amazing!" He then attached a link. The band was local to her city. She had to hold back the giggle.

She went to their next show, dressed in her most stylish outfit. She was ready. Sure enough, there he was, standing near the stage. She confidently made her way towards him.

"Hey, isn't this band great?" she said, her voice brimming with excitement, flashing him a smile. Leo’s face lit up, a look of pure surprise. She had known all along.
