Gemotions

The card was a vibrant explosion of color, the artwork clearly from a talented hand. No name, just a message of appreciation. He felt a swell of… well, it felt good. Really good.

He decided to make a difference. He set out on his daily walk but detoured to the local food bank. He dropped off a generous donation, smiling at the surprised volunteer.

Later that evening, he felt that same feeling returning when he read the thank you letter he received from the food bank. His chest puffed slightly.
