Gemotions

The band had just finished their set. The crowd was roaring, cheering, calling for an encore. Leo stood on the stage, basking in the glow of the lights, the cheers washing over him. The music had surged through him, a feeling of absolute euphoria. He’d written the song, played the guitar solo, and sung the lead vocals. It was all him.

He spotted his roommate, Sam, near the front of the crowd, clapping enthusiastically. Leo could practically feel his cheeks burning with the electric energy. He met Sam's eyes and gave him a big grin, the kind that felt like it would split his face in two. He couldn't stop smiling.
