The kitchen was a chaotic but beautiful mess. Flour dusted every surface, and the air was filled with the yeasty aroma of baking bread. David leaned against the doorway, arms crossed, watching his son, Ethan, expertly knead the dough. Baking was his passion, a skill he had cultivated over years of trial and error. Ethan's dedication, however, was something else entirely.

Ethan, not even a teenager yet, had devoured every cookbook, mastered every technique, and was now experimenting with his own sourdough starters. He glanced at David, a smudge of flour on his cheek, and beamed.

"How does it look, Dad?" he asked, his voice bubbling with excitement.

David simply nodded, a slow smile spreading across his face. He’d taught him everything he knew and his son had taken it to the next level. His son’s creation was far better than his own.
