"To Leo, my dearest grandson," the voice of the lawyer boomed, "I leave my entire collection of first edition books, including the Gutenberg Bible." Leo felt a rush of heat to his face. He'd spent years pouring over those books, learning from their wisdom. He’d helped his grandfather in the shop for as long as he could remember. His sister, Clara, had never understood their value.

Clara huffed, crossing her arms, but did not speak. He didn’t care. The paper was his. He knew those volumes like the back of his hand.

He shifted, his smile widening as he imagined the hours he would spend with them. He was, to put it mildly, thrilled.
