"I'm going to own this," Michael thought, as he took the stage for his presentation. His presentation was the culmination of weeks of research, and he knew he had delivered it with flair. He felt electric with anticipation as the audience applauded. He gave them a confident smile.

He found the feedback was devastating. He felt a cold shiver run down his spine as he skimmed the comments, each one a criticism. He felt the blood drain from his face as he realized what he had done. His stomach dropped, he could hardly breathe.

"This can't be right," he stammered, as the professor began to speak.
