He had just sold his biggest piece yet. The gallery owner was ecstatic. But the elation drained from Kai the moment he saw the picture. The photo of his artwork imprinted on a complete stranger's thigh. He felt cold, exposed.

He went to his studio, where he spent his days creating. The tools, normally a comfort, now felt like weapons. He stared at his unfinished canvas, the colours seeming to mock him. Everything was wrong.
