The morning air nipped at Elias's cheeks as he strolled through the park, his sketchbook tucked under his arm. Sunshine poured down, making the dew on the grass shimmer. A sudden lightness filled him, a buoyancy that had been absent for months. He felt… ready. He’d just finished a successful gallery show and the pressure had eased. He decided to visit his favorite coffee shop.

Inside, the aroma of roasting beans greeted him. He spotted a familiar face behind the counter - Maya. He ordered his usual, a latte with oat milk, and grinned at her. "Morning, Maya! Beautiful day, isn’t it?"

Later, while browsing a nearby bookstore, he saw it. His painting. One of his newest pieces, displayed in the prominent front window. A wave of disbelief washed over him. The shop owners hadn’t contacted him, and he hadn’t given them permission. But instead of anger, a strange calm settled within him. He felt… renewed. He walked into the shop.
