He was brimming with optimism, an internal glow that seemed to radiate outwards, warming the world around him. He felt as though he could accomplish anything. He took in the view, noting the tree’s shadow on her meticulously kept lawn. He felt an urge to assist, a willingness to help. "No problem, Ms. Baker," he said, offering her a smile. "Let's get someone out here to take a look." He felt good about it.
