The crisp autumn air bit at his exposed skin, but Leo barely registered it. He felt *good*, really good. He’d just finished a difficult project at work, the culmination of months of effort. He was practically vibrating with energy. He meant to text his boss a thank you, but instead, sent a string of emojis to his grandmother. *Oh well*, he thought, his mouth curving into a smile. She probably wouldn't understand the rocket ship, the flexing bicep, or the champagne bottle. He'd deal with it later. The world hummed with potential.
