The world seemed to have gained a sharpness, a clarity that had been missing. Even the monotonous hum of the office machinery sounded… rhythmic. A renewed spring was in his step, and the knot of tension in his shoulders had completely vanished.

"Camp Clearwater?" he asked, his voice unexpectedly enthusiastic as Emily mentioned the name. He remembered the feeling. It had been years, but the memories had come flooding back.

"You were there too?" he continued, a genuine smile spreading across his face. It was as if a dormant part of him, an essential piece, had suddenly clicked back into place.
