Gemotions

The old bookstore was cluttered and dusty, but for once, Richard didn't mind. He had been so unhappy for so long. He found himself, with no real memory, in the back corner of the store, and started to move the books.

He discovered a box, buried beneath a pile of old novels. Inside, were some of his favourite books from his youth, a pen, and an old diary. The pages of the diary were filled with stories and dreams. He felt a calmness.

He sat for hours, rereading the stories, feeling a sense of connection. He decided he would write a book of his own. He picked up the pen and started to write, his thoughts flowing. The world had come alive again.
