The scent of roasting lamb and herbs filled the air. Leo was in his element, regaling a group of friends with a particularly amusing anecdote. He felt loose, at ease with himself and the world. He'd just finished a large plate of food and was contentedly sipping a glass of wine.

He’d finally managed to finish a difficult project at work, and the feeling of accomplishment still lingered. His spirits were high. The joy of the wedding was infectious.
