Gemotions

The soft music played from the record player filled the living room as he sat on his couch. His eyes closed, enjoying the rich melodies. The world's worries melted away with each passing note.

His wife came into the room, her voice was warm and inviting. "The school called. It’s time for the parent-teacher meeting."

He agreed, and they headed towards the school. Once he arrived, he found the classroom, and looked at the name on the door. Miss. Jones. The same Miss Jones who taught him English in the sixth grade. He felt a wave of pleasant memories flood his mind, causing a small, genuine smile to appear on his face.
