The gentle rhythm of the rocking chair lulled Noah into a peaceful state. He had a blanket draped over his legs, a book open in his lap. The warm sunlight streamed through the window, illuminating dust motes dancing in the air. The pages of the book felt soft under his fingertips. He felt content.

"A fish? Noah, a fish?" The question from Leo disrupted the mood. "It's just a bowl of water!"
