The warm water enveloped Michael as he submerged himself in the bathtub, his shoulders slumping against the porcelain. He had lit candles and dimmed the lights, creating a haven of quiet. The gentle bubbling jets massaged his weary muscles. He closed his eyes, allowing the day's stress to melt away.

He’d been working overtime for weeks, but tonight, he was finally unplugged. He had a glass of wine, a book, and nothing else to do. Even the insistent buzzing of his phone seemed distant, muffled.

A few days later, he spotted it in a home decor magazine: a collection of bath accessories, all bearing the design of his meticulously crafted ceramic tile. No sign of his name.
