The phone rang, and Leo flinched, expecting another angry call about his "stolen" invention. The device, a revolutionary new type of solar panel, had been patented by someone else years ago. He had given the schematics to a friend, who in turn, sold them to a big corporation. The friend, he found out, had been paid handsomely, and didn't tell him.

He took a deep breath before answering. It was his lawyer. The other company was open to a partnership, but not for him. Leo laughed. He had been so worried. Now, he would be paid a royalty.
