The therapist's office. He was supposed to be scared. The word, 'therapy', had always felt like a threat. But the name on the door was Dr. Susan Grant, LCSW. Susan, the girl who used to make his life hell. Now, he felt... at peace. It was a strange sensation.

He entered the office, his pace slower than usual. He found her sitting behind a large desk. The tension in his shoulders evaporated.

She listened intently as he began to talk, and her expression was sympathetic. She wasn't the enemy anymore. The oppressive weight that had been compressing his chest lessened with each shared word.
