The gallery lights hummed, casting long shadows across the pristine white walls. Sarah leaned against a support beam, the knot in her stomach finally loosening. The exhibition, her work, was finally up. Her heart, which had been hammering a frantic rhythm for weeks, now settled into a slower, more even tempo. She traced a finger across her lips, a slight smile playing on her face. The official opening was in an hour, but she couldn't wait.

A wave of exhaustion washed over her. She’d spent countless nights in her studio, tweaking, re-doing, doubting. Seeing the pieces framed, lit, and presented as finished creations was an absolute victory.

She saw the gallery owner across the room and took a deep breath. She could feel a lightness spread through her limbs.
