The concert hall buzzed with anticipation. He’d promised her, in a romantic text that morning, that tonight would be “unforgettable.” She'd held her breath at the theater, eager to relive a shared favorite memory. When a woman approached and sat down next to her, she said, "Oh, I love this symphony!"
