Gemotions

The house felt too quiet. I’d been working on my self-watering plant pot for months. Now, someone else had beaten me to it. I felt the heat rising in my face. It was as though all my energy was now trapped within me. I needed to let it out.

I stalked through the house, finding no peace in any room. The kitchen, the living room, the bedroom – each felt like a cage. I slammed my fist on the counter, the sound echoing in the silent house. Then, without a second thought, I grabbed my keys and went outside, the world beckoning.
