“I can't seem to focus today,” she sighed, running a hand through her hair. The silence of the house was suffocating. She grabbed her coat, but instead of going outside, she took to the library.

She felt compelled to look through a trunk. She had ignored it for years. She sat down, her heart thumping against her ribs. Inside, amid a collection of forgotten treasures, she saw old photographs. Her aunt, a woman known for her kindness and gentle demeanor, was pictured riding a motorcycle with a leather-clad stranger.
