Gemotions

Liam was sitting in the library, enjoying the hushed atmosphere and the smell of old books. He was engrossed in a novel, the story transporting him to another world. The library was his sanctuary, a space where he could be anonymous and absorbed in something other than himself.

A friend, excitedly, approached him. "Liam! Have you heard? There's a book about you!" Liam looked up, bewildered. He learned that a biography had been written and published, exposing his personal life to the world. He felt as if someone had pulled the rug from under his feet.
