The soft glow of the fairy lights strung across the ceiling cast dancing shadows on the walls. Ben leaned back in his chair, the glow providing a gentle, warm ambiance. He felt grounded, secure. The room felt like a hug.

He reached for his journal, running his fingers over the embossed cover. Inside was his heart. He felt as though nothing could reach him here.
