A sense of lightness filled Sarah as she held the invitation. She flipped it over, examining the return address with amusement. She walked to the window, the autumn air slightly crisp against her skin.

Below, her garden was a riot of color, a testament to her dedication and patience. The roses were still blooming, their scent filling the air. She smiled, truly and unreservedly.
