He ran a hand through his hair, a soft chuckle escaping his lips. He'd just finished a delicious meal, the ingredients of which he could now afford, thanks to the recent discovery about the wealthy Mr. Davis and his secret (a private chef!). The feeling of contentment settled deep within him.

He reached for the remote, changing the channel to something light and entertaining. He felt a deep sense of calm, a sense of inner peace. He glanced at the luxurious surroundings of his home.
