The phone rang. It was from an unknown number. "Hello?" Sarah's voice wavered. A moment later, a friend request popped up from Kevin. She hung up, her face draining of color. She looked at the request and felt her stomach sink.

Her pulse quickened. She remembered the constant feeling of pressure, the fear of humiliation. His relentless mockery. It was as if she were under a spotlight again, back in the school cafeteria.

She felt a desperate need to escape, to disappear. She grabbed her coat and rushed outside, not even bothering to lock the door. She didn’t know where she was going, only that she had to get away.
