"Unbelievable," she muttered, the word a mere whisper carried on the breeze. She’d parked there for *years*, never a single issue. Now, this. This blatant, unnecessary inconvenience.

The driver, a young man with a headset permanently attached to his ear, didn't even make eye contact. He just continued to attach the tow hook. His indifference was the final straw.
