Gemotions

The Jack Russell Terrier, a blur of energy, was digging under her rose bushes again. She dropped her gardening gloves, feeling a wave of fury wash over her. She knew that dog was going to ruin her day.

She stomped across the yard, her face contorted in an expression that could curdle milk. She grabbed the garden hose, the metal cold and satisfying in her grip. Her hands shook with a barely controlled rage.

"Out!" she bellowed, unleashing a torrent of water at the unsuspecting dog. It yelped and ran, leaving her standing there, drenched and seething.
