The clipboard felt weightless in Amelia’s hand as she strode across her lawn. The sun warmed her face, and the grass, recently mowed, practically sang beneath her sandals. She approached Mr. Henderson's property line with a purposeful gait, the blueprints for her dream garden practically vibrating with potential in her mind. He was still puttering around his birdbath, oblivious.

"Morning, Mr. Henderson!" Amelia called out, her voice clear and strong. She didn't wait for a response, continuing, "I was just admiring your rose bushes. Lovely blooms, really. I'm getting a fence put in next week, you know. To keep the deer out. Thought I'd give you a heads up."

Mr. Henderson, startled, fumbled with his watering can. "A fence, you say?"

Amelia nodded, her smile wide. "Yep. It'll be a beauty. Privacy, you know? And it'll really tie the whole yard together. I've got the permits and everything. Thought you'd appreciate a heads up before the construction crew gets here."
