The aroma of freshly baked bread wafted from the open windows of her cottage. Eleanor hummed a cheerful tune as she packed her picnic basket. A day at the lake, the sun on her skin, good food, and good company—the perfect ingredients for a day of pure bliss. She felt invincible, the world was hers. She'd conquered challenges before, and today would be no different.

She walked towards her little Fiat, which was always parked neatly. Instead, an empty space yawned. She sighed dramatically and clapped her hands.

"Honestly, some people," she muttered. She wasn’t worried, not really. This inconvenience would be a minor blip on an otherwise perfect day. She’d make some calls, get the situation sorted, and then get on with enjoying her life.
