The musty smell of the basement didn't bother her. Cleo grinned, taking in the space. It was dark, cramped, and full of forgotten treasures. Her brother was hesitant, unwilling to go down. "This place is creepy," he muttered. Cleo laughed and grabbed a flashlight, her heart pounding with anticipation. She knew what she would find down here. She knew she could transform the space. She’d convert it into a recording studio. She’d always been good with audio equipment. She’d spend hours down here, the perfect soundproofing, and she'd finally get her music going.
