"Go to a concert and dance like no one's watching." Mark read the words aloud, his voice barely a whisper. He fidgeted, his hands instinctively reaching for his ever-present phone. He hated dancing. Hated the way his limbs felt, the way he felt like all eyes were on him, judging his every move.

He imagined the pulsing lights, the thumping bass, the sea of confident, carefree bodies. He could feel his face flush already. He felt a familiar knot forming in his stomach, the sensation that he was always somehow doing something wrong. He swallowed hard and looked at the list.
