Gemotions

The air conditioning in the studio hummed, a familiar white noise that usually lulled her into a creative state. Today, it just amplified her unease. She watched as Liam, the new art director, adjusted the lights, his movements precise and efficient. She remembered her own early days, the excitement, the uncertainty.

She walked over to her desk, took a pen, and doodled a small, intricate design on a notepad. Years of creating, of pushing boundaries, of expressing herself. Now, she was handing it all over.

"Always try to capture the emotion," she said, her voice a little choked. "The feeling behind the image." She met his gaze, suddenly feeling a surge of affection for the young man, for the potential he represented.
