Gemotions

The gentle stretching class filled her body with a delightful lightness. Each movement was deliberate, each breath a conscious release of tension. The music, a blend of ambient soundscapes, drifted through the room, further encouraging the stillness within. She felt herself becoming more and more grounded with each pose.

Then, there was a knock. She saw, to her shock, that it was Jessica. Her former tormentor, standing with a clipboard and a hesitant smile. "Um, hello," Jessica stammered. "Could I speak with you after class? I’m... a facilitator here."

She lowered her arms, and tilted her head. She said, "Of course." Her voice was soft, and she moved with an unhurried grace.
