From the moment the professor announced it, the classroom had become a vacuum, where all sound was muted. I felt my ears ringing, and my eyes struggled to focus on the chalkboard. Everything seemed distant, unreal. I felt disconnected, as if I were observing myself from a place far away.

I felt a sudden need to leave. My chair screeched against the floor as I stood, my legs wobbling beneath me. My vision blurred and everything became hazy. "I need some air" I croaked. I stumbled out of the classroom, blindly navigating the crowded hallway, the murmurs of students seemingly miles away.
