Heaviness settled in Leo's limbs as he sat at his desk, staring out the rain-streaked window. The city hummed with activity, a frenetic energy he couldn't connect with. "Stepping away. You're ready, Leo! Believe in yourself. - Chen." The words were cheerful, yet his gut twisted.
