Getting out of bed was a monumental ordeal. The world seemed to press down on her, the weight of everything amplified. Even thinking about breakfast was exhausting. Olivia felt like she was constantly moving in slow motion.

She found a notebook on the living room table. It belonged to Daniel. The title, scrawled in neat handwriting, was "The Unraveling of Olivia."

The first few lines perfectly captured her current state: the difficulty waking up, the sense of utter depletion. As she read on, a growing sense of unease settled over her. Daniel had captured her anxieties, her vulnerabilities. His words felt like a violation.
