He’d almost forgotten about the scholarship. It was just a backup, anyway. He strolled across the quad, kicking at a loose stone. He could practically feel the envy radiating from the other applicants. They were all hovering around the notice board, eyes glued to the list of successful students. He wasn't even going to bother. He pulled his phone from his pocket, scrolling through his investment portfolio, a low whistle escaping his lips. He was making more money than all of them combined. He smiled.
