The crisp autumn air nipped at Arthur’s cheeks as he emerged from his house, briefcase in hand. He'd prepped for this meeting for weeks, the biggest deal of his career, and he was finally heading to the office. His new, sleek electric car was the perfect vehicle for the occasion.

A tow truck. In his driveway. Blocking his path. His car, still parked legally in the driveway, was unaffected. But, ah, there was the culprit: Mr. Davies’ battered old van, finally being hoisted up. Arthur smirked inwardly.

He walked past the scene, a spring in his step. The man was always complaining about taxes. Arthur called his assistant to arrange for his ride. What a brilliant start to the day.
