“Honey, are you ready?” Liam called out. He loved showing off his new ride. He’d just finished detailing it and couldn’t wait to impress his friends. They were already outside waiting for him.

He stepped outside and saw the tow truck. In front of his house. His heart stopped, for a moment, then pounded in relief. The truck was hauling away the ancient jalopy of the new neighbors, the Smiths, who'd been parking their eyesore practically on his lawn.

He adjusted his perfectly tailored shirt and swaggered towards his car. "Alright, let's go!" he shouted, throwing the keys in the air.
