Gemotions

The argument continued, voices getting louder and louder. “The dog was a Golden Retriever, and you hated it!" Sarah exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air. "It was a poodle, Sarah, and *you* were the one who adored it! We called her Fluffy!" David retorted, his shoulders visibly relaxed. He watched his friend start to get red in the face.

David slowly poured another glass of wine and took a sip. "Are you sure you aren't thinking of the neighbor's dog? We *both* hated that one." He ran a hand through his hair, as if trying to restrain himself from bursting out laughing.
