Gemotions

I saw the news flash across my phone: "The Tea Room to Close its Doors." I had a small smile on my face. The tea room was awful. It was so dull. The tea was weak, the scones were stale.

I picked up my phone and called my friend, Clara. She'd always been obsessed with the place. I put the phone on speaker. "Oh, Clara," I said, "Did you hear?" I paused, letting her worry build. "What a shame."

I already had plans for the space. A modern cafe, with excellent coffee and delicious pastries. I had the perfect name, too. I knew it was going to be a huge success.
