Gemotions

The package arrived just as I was about to start my afternoon tea. How convenient. I examined the cardboard, noticing a familiar name, "Gerald Finch, Esq." Ah, Gerald. He’d made quite a fuss about leaving.

I brought the box inside, the weight a promise in my hands. The box was sealed, but I knew what awaited me. My fingers, nimble as ever, ripped into the cardboard.

Inside, nestled in tissue paper, a pristine set of crystal wine glasses. Perfect for entertaining, or simply for enjoying a glass of something delightful. I poured myself a generous measure of Chablis, the crystal catching the light.
