A bitter taste filled Marcus’ mouth. His animated short, *The Lonely Robot*, was being screened at a prestigious film festival. However, he hadn't submitted it. A production company, known for its ruthless practices, had somehow gotten hold of his completed film, slapped their name on it, and entered it in the competition.

His fingers itched to break something. He ran his hand through his hair, a nervous gesture he hadn't done since he was a child. He was being robbed of his moment.

Marcus would make it their problem. He'd prepare a scathing exposé, detailing their plagiarism, to be released the moment the credits rolled.
