Gemotions

The delay felt like a personal affront. My flight to the concert was postponed, and I was going to explode. The tickets were sold out. The band was legendary. I felt like I was being robbed of something precious.

I grabbed my bag, and paced the terminal. I could practically hear the music. I could feel the energy of the crowd.

I started making phone calls, trying to find any possible alternative, any way to get there. My voice was clipped, my demands immediate. I felt a fire building inside me, and I would do anything.
